Your responsibilities

  • Independent acquisition of new clients and/or instructions based upon independently developed approaches
  • Developing and maintaining business contacts and networks
  • Positioning our unique advisory approach and company philosophy with target clients
  • Independently conducting negotiations of proposals and contracts
  • Responsibility for process reliability in internal processing through to closing
  • Market analysis and market observation

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (m/f/d)
 

As a member of our Project Management team, you will be independently responsible for the following: 

  • Preparation, inspection and verification of client and property data, e.g. cash flow models, company structures, market data and business plans
  • Selection of appropriate capital structures and solution-oriented support with negotiations between potential lenders and borrowers
  • Project-related implementation of capital structuring (senior, mezzanine, whole loan, etc.)
  • Autonomous handling of loan disbursement activities relating to mandates handled by FAP (e.g. FAP Fund)
  • Professional contact / sparring partner for (Junior) Project Managers
